When Miss Kitty organizes a protest against the National Mandatory Indoor Cat Act of 2008, she is made to testify before Congress in front of the House Too-American Activities Committee (HTAC). She is questioned by Congresswoman Fishycrat, Congressman Wranglycrat, Congresswoman Hippocrat, Congressman Kraftycrat, and Congressman Gatorcrat.
Miss Kitty is questioned every day for three weeks, and this questioning fills up almost ten volumes of five hundred pages each. However, only certain excerpts have been selected for this book. She is questioned about everything from her opinion on school choice to the “obscene profits” she makes from her cat toy business.
